Q. What are The Parke’s assessment fees?

$200 per Month

Q. Are there any other fees?

Yes – A separate annual fee is paid to Ocean Pines HOA (currently $996); there are also one-time settlement fees: $1,000 Capital Contribution when you purchase your property and $175 set-up fee to Legum & Norman Property Management.

Q. What is included in The Parke monthly assessment fee?

Q. Can someone under 55 live in The Parke?

The Parke is an “age-qualified residential community”. The property must be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older.

Persons under the age of 19 may visit occupants for no more than 30 days in any six-month period.

Persons 19 years of age or older may occupy the premises with an age-qualified purchaser/tenant.

Q. Is this a gated community?

No, but each Parke resident is assigned an identification swipe card for entry to the private Clubhouse and Mail Pavilion.

Q. How many homes are in The Parke?

503 homes consisting of single-family homes, manor homes and villas residing on 200+ acres bordering protected wetlands and conservation areas.

Q. Is there a pool?

There is an indoor pool at the Clubhouse that all residents can use for no charge.

Q. Do you give tours of the Clubhouse?

Yes, tours are available upon request. Please call 410-208-4994 for more information.
